Refund policy

Regular priced items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 21 days of purchase. No refunds. All tags and packaging must be attached and in original condition. Returned items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear or use. Returns will not be accepted for clothing and outerwear showing signs of normal playing wear and tear i.e. tear from a tree branch, holes in knees from crawling, sun discolouration, etc.

All sale/clearance items are final sale.

Proof of purchase such as online order confirmation or paper receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

To initiate a return for online orders, please send an email to hello@songbirdbabyandkids.ca that includes your order number, name of item(s), and quantity that you wish to return. We will then follow up within three business days to advise of return eligibility and any next steps. Please note that return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible in each product listing. However, please be aware that screen representations may vary from the actual product due to factors such as monitor settings and lighting. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
