Shipping policy

Online orders placed during regular business hours are ready for pickup within one hour. Online orders placed outside of regular business hours are ready for pickup the morning of the following business day.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post within three business days. In the event of a postal strike, alternate couriers will be used. Songbird Baby & Kids is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

We strive to have all orders packed and ready to be shipped as quickly as possible. However, please note that shipping timelines are only our best estimate and not the responsibility of Songbird Baby & Kids once your order is dropped off at the post office.

We do not ship to the United States, Canada only.

Shipping rates are as follows:

• $20 shipping to British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec
• $28 shipping to Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland & Labrador
• FREE shipping over $120* to Ontario and Manitoba (*before taxes, after discounts)

Songbird Baby & Kids reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. In the case of cancellation due to an unavailable item or shipping complications, a refund will be provided.
